[Recipe Video] Stuffed BBQ Ocean trout straight from Sydney Fish Market

 Ingredients extra virgin olive oil 2-3 kg whole ocean trout 1 small handful whole almonds 1 bunch fresh mint, leaves picked 1 loaf of bread, preferably stale 2 lemons 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped 12 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced 4 rashers bacon sea salt freshly ground black pepper 1 small handful fresh thyme, leaves picked 5 tablespoons fat-free natural yogurt Method Turn on your BBQ to preheat while preparing the recipe.
